Frequently Asked Questions
How long will it take to get my order with standard shipping?
Our standard shipping time frame is 7 to 10 business days from the date your order ships. We normally allow 48 business hours to process your order, although this can vary based on order volume.
How do I place an order on your site if I don't live in the U.S., and Fedex is the only deliverer to my area?
Unfortunately, Fedex is not a viable shipping method on our site. Please call us a 1-701-356-2804 to place your international order with us.
Some pages on your website have a Shipping Restrictions tab. What does this mean?
We are unable to ship certain items or ingredients outside of the U.S. Additionally, some countries prohibit the sale of products containing the indicated ingredients. Consequently, we are unable to fill an order for them if you live in one of the affected countries. Please see the Shipping Restrictions page for more information.
Why are some of your products restricted in California?
In order to comply with California's Proposition 65 regulations, we must refrain from shipping items that do not meet those regulations to that state. We apologize for any inconvenience.
