Just start to take this so not sure about it yet.Time Released
I am happy with this purchase. I feel it is doing its job in keeping my energy 'stable' I really like the fact it is time released instead of going thru a flush quickly.Will be ordering this for my parents (90 & 85 yrs old) as the older we get the less we can absorb this vitamin properly. Packaging is somewhat huge for the small articles inside. Small sized tablets are great for the elderly who often have some swallow issues.Prolonged Release
I like that these are Prolonged Release / Time Released. That is my main reason for buying them.
