Good, however ...
I have no problem with the product at all. What I do have a problem with is the glass container itself. It's very heavy which makes it a little hard to hold. I wish Swanson had calcium-magnesium-zinc in their product line so I could buy theirs.magnesium, calcium and zinc
I take these tablets everyday. They have many benefits for me. The ones I notice the most are they help make my nails stronger. I take them with Vitamin D3. That helps my body assimilate the calcium, magnesium and zinc. even though they are large, they are slick and easy to swallow. They are a reasonable price too. Have been buying them from Swanson for years. You can't go wrong.like the extras with the calcium
contains phosphorus and Vit D as well! I like the fact that I'm not only intaking Calcium but zinc and magnesium as well..check out the label..top digestible ingredients.
