We have used this product for years. Good coverage on the B's.Pretty good combo of B's
This has the P-5-P form of B6, and the folate instead of the folic acid and methyl B12 instead of the cyanide B12. One person in our family actually notices a boost in energy from this. Wow a sure sign that they were drastically deficient! Only thing is that Swanson sells it for $1.78 more than other suppliers. Time to adjust the price?Good Coenzyme B Complex
This is a good coenzyme B Complex which is of great quality. I've seen good results with it. On the other side, even knowing no coenzyme B complex supplements are ever cheap or low price, I think this one is a tad overpriced. I switched to the Now Foods Coenzyme B Complex sold here at Swanson. Even though it is about the same price as the Country Life product, factoring overall price per capsule, the Now product has added vitamin C and Coenzyme Q10. I'll review that one as soon as I get results. Take responsibility for your health and lifestyle. Supplements only supplement.good formula
I have been taking this B-complex for many years now, mainly because of its formula -- is the best compare to the other brands on the market. Dosage of its each ingredient is not perfect, but better than the others. I also like the fact that Country Life brand uses 'glass bottle' packaging instead of plastic (less chemical). However, there is a big price jump on Country Life products (a lot less discount off retail price) in Swanson, and some other online retailers. I am not too thrilled about that.
