Directions: Adult males take two (2) tablets daily with food. Do not exceed recommended dose. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications that you take with your health care and lab providers.
Do not accept if seal is broken. Store in a dry place between 59°-86° F. Keep out of the reach of children.

A terrific Multivitamin and Multimineral for Men
This is seriously HQ product. I feel better when I'm taking Country Life Max too. This has more minerals and trace minerals like chromium piconolate that other formulas are missing. This is formula is complete. I highly recommend paying a little extra every month to benefit from this excellent product. Keep in mind that value is always more important than price AND minerals are much more important than vitamins when you are doing a side by side comparison on ingredients. 5 big stars from me. 8v) I highly recommend this product.Good product
