I have used Max for Women for years and have been extremely happy with the product. I ran out at one point and noticed a big difference in how I felt. This is a great product.Best Vitamin!

I have been taking these vitamins for over 10 years and they are excellent. One draw-back tho is you must take 4 capsules a day to equal 1 serving. For that reason I am seriously thinking about switching to an excellent one-a-day vitamin instead. As we age, convenience and ease of keeping healthy becomes priority. If you don't mind taking numerous pills than this is the vitamin for you.
