Country Life Calcium-Magnesium Potassium is a scientific formulation of minerals that support cardiovascular health. Target-Mins are complexed with specific free-form amino acids and other carriers for optimum mineral transport. Each serving provides 500 mg calcium, 500 mg magnesium and 99 mg potassium. Does not contain yeast, wheat, soy, gluten, milk, sugar, starch, preservatives or artificial color.

Directions: Adults take two (2) tablets daily. For best utilization, take with food at bedtime and after exercise. Do not exceed recommended dose. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications that you take with your health care providers.

Every time I order these there are always broken tablets. This time even the cap was cracked, safety seal was intact so I used them but I am looking to make a change from tablets to something that will hold up in shipping.Just what I needed!
