Suggested Adult Use: Dissolve 1 scoop of powder in a small amount of water or juice. Add an additional 6 - 8 oz. of liquid, mix well, and drink on an empty stomach at least 30 minutes before meals, or as recommended by a nutritionally-informed physician. To ensure optimal collagen absorption, avoid taking additional protein supplements within one hour of consumption.

Sure works for me
I have been using this product once a day, in my morning coffee, since 2009... I now approach my 77th birthday and find my joints, hair, nails are just the same as when I first started taking it ... I do believe this Collagen product is partly responsible if not entirely .. it doesn't have a taste in coffee, yet somehow it makes it better for me... that first cup is always the best .... One last thing, this is the best price I have found anywhere, it would cost twice as much anywhere else ... check it out for yourself, it came highly recommended to me in the first place and am paying it forward now ...Skin Improvement

I had the collagen pills - but no results. This collagen powder won me over simply because it's easy to take. Taste is fine - mixed with juice - when I rise in the morning. One scoopful in a very small amount of water ...(mix it well, let it sit for about a minute) ... and it dissolves completely. Add your juice or more water and you're good-to-go! No clumpiness finally. So far (first order) I see an improvement especially in my nails.
