The label states the product helps break down unwanted proteins. I've had excellent reports from my dental hygienist since using this and similar products. In addition I get raves from my doctor for my blood pressure readings. I'm mid-seventies, very active and take no prescription medicines. I would recommend this product to anyone seeking good health.
