During the natto production process, Bacillus subtilis, a friendly bacteria, ferments boiled soybeans, releasing nattokinase.

Good vital supplement
I have been using Nattokinase for about two years and feel that it is doing good for my health.SUPLIMENT
I am taking Sarrapeptase and have read where Nattokinase compliments it very well . I am rather impressed with Sarapeptase and the Doctors Best brand so I decided to try nattokinase from the same manufacture and from Swanson the site I trust most.So far I am not able to apportion any great claims to Nattokinmase as I have just been using it for about 2 weeks --My wife and I ..thus the rather modest ratings .In about 6 months I will be able to give a more conclusive report.Not what I anticipated
I ordered nattokinase for the vitamin K2, and when I received it, I read that the vitamin K2 had - for some reason - been removed!Perhaps I should have done more research.
