I took it for 60 days. I seen no effect on prostate function. They may have been a benefit but I never noticed it.It's OK but....
This product lacks the punch of an oil extract. I have found powdered capsules for prostrate health just aren't as good as standardized oil extracts and while the ingredients may seem to be beneficial the end result is sadly lacking. But you get what you pay for. I was disappointed in discovering it was a powder capsule but still decided to give a try. I won't do it again
