too much sodium

There are other Eden udon products that have considerably less sodium. Check the labels.This is a great product except for that concern.

the right stuff

next to Jerusalem artichoke pasta, these Udon Noodles are the best choice over regular semolina.It cooks quick and you can't beat the price. My supermarket also carries it- for dollars more.
