Eden Sushi Nori is toasted and ready for you to use in sushi, rice balls or as a garnish. This sweet sea vegetable has a complex, delicate aroma and flavor. The nori is cultivated off the western shore of Ise Bay in Japan. After harvesting, it is washed, chopped, pressed and dried into lustrous sheets which are toasted. The toasting turns the nori a bright green and imparts a sweeter flavor.
