Good vitamin
I have be using Mega B Complex for some time. It keeps my vitamin B level up to what my doctor recommendation. The only downside is that I had a capsule melt in my pill case because it is a soft gel capsule. Very easy to swallow though.Helpful

I first got a sample of this at a health food store and was happy to see that Swanson carried it.This is a good B Complex that's reasonably priced
