Jarrow Formulas® Low Odor B-Complex B-Right® Optimized B-Complex is low odor because the choline bitartrate is microencapsulated in cellulose beadlets. It is also formulated with methylcobalamin which is better absorbed, retained and utilized than other forms of B12. Methylcobalamin and niacinamide protect brain and nerve tissue. Pantethine is a derivative of Vitamin B5 and is a precursor to coenzyme A (CoA) which is involved in oxidative metabolism. Pyridoxal 5-phosphate (P-5-P) is the coenzyme form of vitamin B6 and is necessary for the metabolism of proteins and amino acids. Utilizes 4th Generation Folic Acid Technology. No gluten. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Other Ingredients: Silicon dioxide, calcium phosphate, magnesium stearate (vegetable source), cellulose and stearic acid (vegetable source). Capsule consists of hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.
USAGE: Take 1 capsule per day with a meal or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional.
WARNING: This product contains vitamin B₃ (niacin), which may cause a "niacin flush," especially when taken on an empty stomach. Symptoms are transient - typically lasting for approximately one-half hour - and my include burning, tingling, and itching sensations along with reddening of the skin. In some cases, dizziness and/or shortness of breath may occur. If a severe reaction occurs, drink plenty of water and discontinue use.
NOTE: During use, advise your medical professional that you ar taking Biotin before any blood tests. Consult a healthcare professional before usin this product if you are trying to conceive, pregnant, or lactating, under the age of 18, or have a medical condition; if adverse reactions occur, discontinue use.

this is a good B complex, but some of the capsules are less than full.consistent dosage is important.Best B complex vitamins!
These are the top quality, most absorbable B vitamin complex that I have found. These are the only ones I ever take. Quality matters when it comes to your health, super product!Very Good for me
This is a great value. Staying healthy and this product is a part of my supplements. I did my research and stopped at this B-12. I liked the niacin for my blood flow too.
