Fantastic Carotenoid Complex
I have researched all of the ingredients in this product. Each one of them provides vital benefits to multiple body systems. If you don't eat several servings a day of yellow, orange and red vegetables (even though tomatoes are technically a fruit), then you could greatly benefit from taking this exceptional product. On a personal note, I find my brain functions better on the days I take this.Best supplement for your eyes!

This carotenoid complex is as good as that other one from Swanson (now unavailable) and it has a ton of benefits. Research them in the Internet and be sure to write in the search bar: 'xanthophylls', which is the fancy scientific name for the ingredients in this formula. You'll be amazed!! You may not 'feel' anything but you are seriously depriving yourself without this supplement. Seriously! Remember to keep a healthy lifestyle as supplements only supplement what you do.
