The Right Stuff For Me
Methylcobalamine is the form of B-12 that's easiest to assimilate and Jarrow is a reliable manufacturer. At 78, I need it for energy and mental sharpness and it's helped me for years. Highly recommended.Convenient and Palatable Methyl B-12
I appreciate the 500 mcg dose of methyl B-12. I need this, but do not need mega-doses. The flavor is rather intense, but pleasant. Cost is reasonable.Large pills
I am taking this because I feel the methyl version is healthier. My only dislike of this product is the size of the pills. They are fairly large, not like other sublinguals that I have taken. I have to chew them some and then try to move it under my tongue.
