Milk thistle in Latin is Silybum marianum. This Jarrow Formulas® Standardized Milk Thistle - 30:1 Extract is standardized to contain 80% Silymarin from milk thistle seeds. It's composed of flavonoids: including the important Silymarin fractions isosilybinins A and B, silybinbins A and B, silychristin and silydianin, which support liver function. Gluten free.
