Produced naturally within the body, ubiquinol is CoQ10 that has been converted into the form that is active within our cells. The the natural CoQ10 levels in the body decrease with age.

Other Ingredients: Medium chain triglycerides, sunflower lecithin and beeswax; rosemary extract, natural mixed tocopherols and ascorbyl palmitate added to maintain freshness. Softgel consists of bovine gelatin (BSE-free), glycerin and purified water; caramel and carob extract added as a light barrier.
USAGE: Take 1 softgel 1 to 3 times per day with a meal or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional.

Easy to swallow gelcaps. As a senior I don't metabolize ubiquinone very well, which is true for all seniors. So this product is much more readily absorbed and therefore I can count on it's efficacy to keep my heart as healthy as possible. It is also much cheaper than what I would be paying for this product in CanadaIf you are looking for energy this is for you
