MIXING DIRECTIONS: Mix one level scoop (provided in container) of Jarrow Formulas® Whey Protein with 4 to 6 oz. of cold water, soy milk, juice or your favorite beverage. For a protein smoothie, blend with crushed ice and add juice or fruit to taste. May also be used with cereals, yogurt or pancakes to increase the protein in the diet.

Very disappointed
I have been using the Swanson brand for years. It is excellent but they didn’t have it in the 2 pound size so I tried this. I think it is awful.Great pea protein, labeled incorrectly
I have been using this protein powder for a few years now. The powder is very good and I am pleased with it. However, each container states it gives 22 servings, and I have checked on it repeatedly and it is only 18 servings. I have written to the company on two occasions and both times they say the difference is because it is figured on 23 gr. per serving and they say I must be stuffing the scoop, which I am not. I do not like their deceptive practice, but like the powder and the cost is still reasonable.Excellent Pure Formula
I have used this product for many years and it is most definitely the HG for me. The product is derived from sources that use no hormones-a huge plus. I love the fact that there are no flavors or additives allowing me to add any flavor I want. This is so great for ppl that use protein drinks on a ongoing basis, as you want to have a variety - and one that you can control. Highly recommended.
