Good product
Been using this supplement for a number of years. I found it has improved the condition of my nails a good deal. Although I am a senior citizen, my skin is in good condition too.Love this!

This is the only Biosil product which really works and I recommend it to anyone. The cheaper version, the liquid, does not work in my opinion, so I always buy this one. I wish it was cheaper though!
