Don't like it

The first few times I tried this I thought it worked for me even though it is hard to mix in something without getting lumpy. I tried putting into drinks and into some foods and think it worked well in my eggs, but the downside for me is that it makes me feel very bloated and I don't like that feeling. I even ordered two more containers of it when I thought it was working, but will be returning them very soon. I don't need anything to make me feel more bloated than I already do sometimes.

Addendum

My first review stated the product was excellent forsatiety and regularity when taken regularly (evenonce a day for small persons) but was difficult todissolve. That hasn't changed, whether I dump itinto a full glass of water or put it in the cup first andadd water s l o w l y , stirring briskly. This has notchanged, but seeing the alternatives (caps, additives, etc.) helps me just accept the limitations and go forth, because it DOES stop that terrible feeling of wanting more or craving something after a nice meal, and, since I seem to not digest my food as well as might, it greatly improves regularity, which makes me just stand up and feel a lot better - you know - taller and slimmer! It's worth it.

Quite thick

I got the granules because I drink a lot of water already and thought it would be no big deal to add this. I first added it just to cold water but it made it really thick and lumpy, not too appetizing. Then I tried using it in a blender with frozen fruit/juice but found I had to add a lot of liquid, but at least it tasted good. It helped somewhat with appetite control in the morning but I don't do it all day because it's not something I look forward to!
