Great for sleep
I take this along with magnesium glycinate an hour before bedtime and sleep like a baby.WORKS WELL
I really like this product to aid falling asleep. It works well, and it tastes good, and it does not contain any horrible sweeteners. The taste is pretty intense-fruity. Note that you need 2 lozenges for the listed dose of 3mg melatonin. I wsn't paying attention to the serving size til i took one and it didn't seem to work that well. Then I realized that I am used to taking a 3mg capsule (different brand), and so for these I needed two tabs. And i seem to sleep pretty well. I cannot fall asleep AT ALL without taking Melatonin and the 5-htp keeps me asleep and calm.Repeat purchaser
This is the second time I've purchased this product (plus a third time but in pill form) - I've always had sleep issues and nothing seems to completely solve them, but this has been one of the better ones.
