I like to think that this product improves my health. I don't always eat the right foods in the proper amounts. I take these to supplement my diet. I honestly don't know if they help or not.Great Way to Up Your Fruit Intake
Taken in conjunction with the Garden Veggie supplement, this is a great was to easily up your fruit and veggie intake. Reasonably priced to boot.Excellent Product
I have been taking this product for several years and will continue to take it. It has nothing artificial in it and that is why I take it. I do not have to worry that I am putting anything into my body that is not healthy for it. I would recommend this product as a much cheaper alternative to Juice Plus. I used to take Juice Plus and was concerned that they did not list on their label how much was in the product and this product does. I feel confident that this is a far superior product for a fraction of the cost of Juice Plus.
