Works great
I had been taking lower dosage Beta Sitosterol caps 2 per day (one upon waking up and one an hour before bed). The relief was very good but now I only have to take one piill / day - it avoids waking up every hour or two and now sleep 6 - 9 hrs.every night - a true blessing.Great product
