I've been using this wellness formula for many years and was extremely happy to find Swansons carries it.It WORKS!!!
First I have to say that the tablets works a LOT better than the capsules for us. The capsule doesn't have the smell :) This product may seem a little pricey for some, but It works for me and my significant other. It says take 6 capsule every three hours during imbalances, but if you're small like me (100 lbs) I cut the doses in half. When I feel cruddy, I take 3 capsules WITH FOOD and minimum 4x in a day. I took it without food a few times and it made me feel gassy & gave my stomach a slight discomfort. The first time I took these, the smell was AWFUL! After a few times the smell was comforting, because I knew I was going to feel better soon.
