Can';t beat a liqui-gel supplement in miniature form for ease of swallowing and relief at not having to ingest unnecessary fillers. Love the tiny price, too! Unlike powder caps, these gels can be pricked with a pin and squeezed out to use topically on skin problems.Vitamin A
