I was looking for a good source for B-12. As a person who chooses a whole food plant based diet, this is the only vitamin that there is not a good plant based source for. Unfortunately, most companies use the same chemical as this one uses, and the body's efficiency for using/absorbing this isn't great. We have switched to a different product and are using this up as an additional source, just to get it gone.Have to have it.
I've been taking it for almost a year now and can definitely say it helps! Doesn't give me nervous energy, which is pretty common with other energy/metabolizing based pills in past experiences. It gives me a nice clean focused feeling. Helps me throughy slumps throughout the day!
