When I discovered a neglected bottle of fenugreek extract with dried up capsules I put them to use in tea with great effect. Simple tea bags of fenugreek do not measure up in potency to the flavor I achieve in this manner. Now I just open a capsule and add it to the cup of brewing pu-erh tea, and voila! Very strong (and bitter) tea. That is how I like it! In fact, I am so impressed that I could not wait to share my discovery!Great product!
