Focus & Calmness.
I take it in the morning everyday with my cup of coffee and GABA. If you're one those people like me who has rest issues...your brain won't work & you're cranky in the morning...this is a God-send. I am a working woman in my mid-50's and sometimes I will wake up at 2:00 in the morning and have trouble getting back to sleep. I read that Suntheanine is the relaxing component in tea. Not wanting to drink several cups of tea in the middle of the night, I decided to try these capsules and I have been pleasantly surprised by the results. Within 1/2 hour I am relaxed and sleepy enough to fall back asleep and I feel very refreshed when I wake up. I would recommend this product to anyone.
