I wanted the benefits of apple cider vinegar, but I did not want to dink the vinegar. I was happy to find these capsules available from Swanson. I was a bit concerned if the gelatin would dissolve before I could swallow the capsules. Happily, that doesn't happen with these. I'm also happy with the fast shipping.
