Suggested Use: Shake well. Due to the concentrated nature of this product, we recommend spreadding the serving size throughout the day and taking it on a full stomach. Using the metered dropper, take 0.5-1.25 mL daily with juice/food to mask the concentrated mineral flavor. Do not refrigerate.
**Liquid Ionic Zinc has a natural pale blue color. Such color does not denote that the color of the bottle is leaching into the product.

Ionic Zinc
I like this zinc in its Ionic form. It also contains magnesium, boron, copper and trace minerals all at a great price. You have to dilute it with some water as the taste is quite strong. Great before before to re-charge your system.What the previous review said

This seems to be a highly absorbable form of zinc, and it contains minerals needed either to balance out or complement zinc supplementation. I add it to my morning protein drink and have not had a problem with the taste, which I've heard needs to be masked.I have had some problems with other zinc products bothering my stomach but not this one.Thanks again, Swanson, for offering a great product at a reasonable price.
